About Mikuna Grill

Our Heritage

Peruvian cuisine is a fusion of indigenous ingredients and traditional Spanish, African, and Asian flavors. At Mikuna Grill, we celebrate this unique heritage by offering a menu that reflects the diversity of our country's culinary traditions.

Atmosphere

  Our restaurant is divided in three sections, our beautiful and cozy dining room, the middle patio and our outside patio that lets you enjoy the amazing mountain weather and beautiful landscape of Angel Fire.

     A Vibrant and Refreshing Favorite in Peruvian Cuisine. Our Ceviche features Red Snapper, Shrimp, sliced Red Onion, Garlic, Lime Juice, and Sweet Potato.

    Mixed greens Topped with Red Onions, Tomato, Cucumber, Kalamatas, Pepperoncini, Feta cheese, and Pesto.
